The pricing policy outlined below is related to SecureEMR+, Inmediata’s Meaningful Use Certified EHR. The fees outlined below represent the types of costs required to fully implement the system:

• The core EHR system pricing is based on a fixed fee per provider per month
• The monthly fee includes the use of the software license, system implementation, initial training and ongoing support
• Additional users can be purchased based on a flat fee per user per month
• Additional onsite training and consulting beyond the initial implementation period are billed at a fixed rate per hour
• Clients may also incur a flat fee for cancellation of scheduled training sessions
• Clients may have a setup fee

Limitations

There are no limitations (including contractual, technical, or other limitations) that are likely to limit a user’s ability to implement or use health IT for any purpose within the scope of its certification.
